Advice: Equipment can be different to the pictures, because we offer different apartments in this building Location:
Apartments with approx. 65 m² in the center of the "Beira Mar". 1 block to the beach-promenade (approx. 100 meters). These 3 bedroom apartments are in the lower floors of the building. Very near to the apartment-house (all max. 5 - 10 minutes by feet) are several shops, a big super-market (opened 24 hours) and many beach-restaurants and beach-barracks. Also an internet-cafe. Taxi- and bus-stops are only 50 meters away. 3 big shopping-centers are about 300 meters away. These apartments are well located in the "heart of the Beira Mar" !
Equipment:
Big appartment-house with 2 elevators. 24 hours security and reception. All apartments are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, ventilator/fan, and more). All have television in the living-room, some also have sound-system. Veranda and two bathrooms. Access to the first bathroom is from the living-room and from one of the bedrooms. The second bathroom is beside of the kitchen. Two bedrooms with double-bed and one bedroom with 2 separate beds or 3 bedrooms with double bed (depending on the apartment). Opposite to the 2 bedroom apartments in this house the 3 bedroom apartments don´t offer view to the sea and not to the beach-promenade because they are located in the lower floors of the building. Air-condition is not available but all bedrooms have big ceiling-fans. The pictures above show the 2 bedroom apartments. The 3 bedroom apartments are with same equipment as shown at the fotos and same size of the rooms.
More:
Pick-up and transfer from airport to the apartment is possible (extra-charge 20.- US-Dollar). Free car-parking is offered inside the building (park-deck and underground-garage). Taking third persons to the apartments is possible if this persons are 18 years or older and having a valid ID-Card. The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we accept rent-times of 7 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge. Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out. 

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	85.- Euro / daily
Normal price, (november - march /  july,  august):	99.- Euro / daily (depending - please ask by email !)
Extra charge to normal price  (valid 20.12. -  20.01.):	12.- Euro / daily
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	950.- Euro (30 days) / minimum-rent-time: 60 days
Extra charge for car  / mobile-phone, daily (infos see below !):	Car: 25.- Euro         Mobile-phone 1,50 Euro
Payment:	30 % at reservation - total payment after moving-in (cash)
