Location:
2- Room apartments (approx. ca. 45 m² space) at the well known "Avenida Monsenhor Tabosa (Praia de Iracema). Approx. 250 meters to the beach. The apartments are situated at the 5. floor or higher. Near to the building (5 - 10 minutes by feet) are many restaurants, a shopping-street, small super-markets and a lot of discos and bars (night-life!). Some internet-cafes are only 250 meters away.
Equipment:
Big apartment house with 2 elevators. 24 hours security and reception. All apartments are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, ceiling-ventilator/fan, and more). Also television with cable-TV and AIR-CONDITION. One Safe in every apartment for cash and important papers. Sound-System in the living-room. The apartments have one bed-room with double-bed. Living-Room and kitchen are combined. One bathroom with warm-water shower, access to the bathroom is from the living-room. The apartments are offering a beautyful view (see pictures above) and a veranda.
More:
Pick-up and transfer from airport to the apartment is possible (extra-charge 20.- US-Dollar). Free car-parking is offered inside the building (park-deck and underground-garage). Taking third persons to the apartments is possible if this persons are 18 years or older and having a valid ID-Card. The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we accept rent-times of 3 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge. Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out. 

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	38.- Euro / daily
Normal price, (november - march /  july,  august):	45.- Euro / daily
Extra charge to normal price  (valid 20.12. -  20.01.):	-.-
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	600.- Euro (30 days) / minimum-rent-time: 60 days
Extra charge for car  / mobile-phone, daily (infos see below !):	Car: Ask !         Mobile-phone 1,50 Euro
Payment:	50 % at reservation - total payment after moving-in (cash)
