Location:
Approx. 85 m² top apartment at the "Beira Mar" (city-part: Mucuripe). It is one of the biggest apartments in our offer. It is fully equipped with all things you will need and with a lot of extras that are very hard to find in other rent-apartments, in example: washing-machine, microwave, gas-stove with electric ignition, safe, 5 ceiling ventilators, LED spotlights in bathroom and kitchen and a big double-door refrigerator with separate freezer part. Only 1 block to the beach promenade (approx. 100 meters), in a quieter, safe back-street - nearly without traffic-noise. The apartment is located in the upper floors of the building (floor 8.th or higher). Very near to the apartment-house (all max. 5 - 10 minutes by feet) are several shops, a laundry-services, a cheap market during some weekdays where you can buy fruits and vegetables, hair-cutters, internet cafes, a big super-market and a lot of restaurants and beach-baracks. Also you will find a taxi-stand and a bus-stop around the corner. Some small bars are located nearby also. Distance to the "Praia de Iracema" is approx. 3 KM, to the "Praia do Futuro approx. 5 KM. The "Beira Mar beach" is in 100 meters walk distance (see pictures: "Beach 1 and 2").
Equipment:
Big appartment-house with 2 elevators. 24 hours security and reception. All apartments are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, 5 ceiling ventilators/fans, and more). TV and sound-system in the living-room, one more TV in one of the bedrooms. Two bigger bedrooms with double-beds and a smaller bedroom with single-bed  (the 3.rd bedroom is small and without wardrobe and direct windows, usable for a child i.e., but has direct access to 2. bathroom with windows there). Big veranda with partial sea-view. Big living-room, american (open) kitchen with LED spot lighting and two bathrooms (one with warm-water shower and also LED spot-lighting). Air-condition in the main bedroom (but this air-condition is most time not necessary, because there is a fresh wind nearly all the time).  If you wish, we can offer you an Internet connection inside this apartment!
More:
Pick-up and transfer from airport to the apartment is possible (at combining and at an extra-charge). Taking third persons to the apartments is possible if this persons are aged 18 years or older and wearing a valid ID-Card. The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we maybe accept rent-times of 7 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge (please ask). Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out. Because in this apt. there is used some more expensive equipment than in other homes we reserve the right to take a deposit from new customers, that will be paid back after returning the apt. in faultless conditions.

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	69.- Euro / daily (booking with 3 persons: 79.- Euro)
Normal price, (november - march /  july,  august):	79.- Euro / daily (booking with 3 persons: 89.- Euro)
Extra charge to normal price  (valid 20.12. -  20.01.):	12.- Euro / daily
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	1400.- Euro (30 days) / minimum-rent-time: 60 days

Payment:	50 % at reservation - total payment after moving-in (cash)
